Simplicity

A teapot under the the cosy and a thumbed book resting in your lap

A hug when you need it most

A black coffee – just a dash of milk -with sponge cake and a hint of jam

A picnic blanket and bread, a bottle of something cold

A conversation, rich in discussion yet abundant in humour

A look that you know means I love you

An evening walk with no goal, just a saunter, a stroll, the world replacing the television screen

An unplanned evening that becomes a night to remember

The blue of the sky against the green of the land

The quiet

To each Man his own simplicity to counter the complexities that come his way.
